This Site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling cookies.

mcse-theme) is stored locally to remember your dark/light theme selection. This never leaves your device. - Server Logs: Standard, minimal web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested resource) may exist transiently for security/diagnostics. They are not used to profile users.
- No Account System: The Site does not offer registration, comments, or uploads.
4. Cookies
The Site sets no cookies. Consequently, a cookie consent banner is not required under EU ePrivacy/GDPR because no non-essential cookies or third‑party trackers are used.
5. Third‑Party Resources
- Google Fonts: Fonts are requested from Google’s CDN. Your IP address and standard browser headers are sent to deliver the font files. Consider using a system font stack or self‑hosting if you want to avoid this external request entirely.
- Remix Icon CDN: Icon font is fetched from jsDelivr CDN.
No other third‑party scripts (analytics, ads, social widgets) are embedded.
6. Legal Basis
For the very limited processing (serving static assets / fonts), the legal basis is legitimate interest in delivering the Site’s functionality.
7. Your Rights (EU/EEA)
You may request deletion of any personal data under control (effectively only server logs if retained) or additional clarification. Contact via the Discord link above.
8. Data Retention
Server logs (if retained) are typically rotated and deleted automatically within a short operational window (e.g., 7–30 days). Local Storage data persists on your device until you clear site data or toggle theme.
9. Security
The Site is static; no user‑submitted data is processed. Standard hosting provider safeguards apply.
10. International Transfers
Requests to Google Fonts and jsDelivr may involve infrastructure outside the EU. These providers commonly employ globally distributed CDNs.
11. Changes to this Policy
Material updates will change the “Last updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
